This week was the first week where we were told that we had to make our own idents, so we all got into groups of three and I was put in a group with Faris and Daniel, and we all were told to design our own idents which were going to be 2D, 3D and stop-motion animation, and we were also going to make our own logos.
We all came up with ideas for idents but most of them we figured were not possible to do, and example would be that one of my ideas was to have someone in the school uniform look lost in the school, but it was not possible to get anyone in a uniform since no one in our group had their blazers anymore and it was not possible to get any students to act as that student in the ident.
We all decided what our logos were going to look like, since the name of the channel is called Chadwell Heath TV, the logos were mainly going to be having a windmill with the initials CHTV, but my idea was going to be a TV with the letters CHTV on it, and have the font and the colour scheme related to the Chadwell Heath logo to make it appeal more to the target audience, since they might like it if the colours match the schools, logo and i'm also planning on having the colours of the TV, the same colour as the school blazer, to give the target audience more things to relate to.
Next week we are all planning on drawing the storyboards for our six idents and making 3 blogs about the logo,the story board, and the ideas for the idents.
